unwanted banner on page -- want to remove

Good Morning!

On Friendly Toastmasters Club's Free Toast Host website ( 3001.toastmastersclubs.org/ ) we have a banner (beige color)  that rolls along the page reading our in-person meeting place.  We do not meet there at this time.  How can we remove that?  We are an online Club since March 2020.
