Last week the members started that they did not get their agenda, but I sent it three times. I went through my inbox to look for it. and found it came in with under someone else's name. The name is of a member from another club, but her name is not on this on this club. website. Is anyone able to help me sort this out before I pull my hair out?
Is it the website or my email program?

It is your email client that is causing the issue.

Add a contact with your "club name agenda" and the email address agenda@toastmastersclubs.org
Add a contact with "Message from club name" with email address server@toastmastersclubs.org
