Hello, our members do not interact with our fth website. I had added a few execs so that we can field enquiries. 
I just finished adding our entire membership, in order to delegate anyone as the contact person.
How does it work now. Will they have received an email to acknowledge they accept access to fth? Or do I have to tell everyone to sign up/in?

True. I have since read and done quick add, entered names, (space) emails. No one has received an email and the add area is blank.

Your domain is not setup correctly to use the FTH mail system

please read the instructions on how to set up the domain and MX zone records.
