1) You cannot be having the same issue as  you have not provided a Member name with the same email address
2) Please do Not jump another clubs thread

Sorry for not following protocol.  I thought this might be a system-wide issues because it is happening to more than 1 club.

I'm not clear what you are asking.
I have 3 new members who didn't receive their opt-in emails (Butler-Doran, Rosas, Herra).
I tried resending, but that didn't work either.
Is there a workaround to register for the website without an opt-in email?

This is the answer to Brian's question.

I re-sent the opt-in email to all three of them. FTH email logs show successful delivery to all three.

There's no workaround. A member must use the opt-in link in that email to activate their FTH site account.

If they don't have the fresh re-send ask them to check their spam folder and read this page;
