Member Not Receiving Password Reset Email

Hello, My member M.Lyn Hill is not receiving the reset password email at her email address lyn.hill@sympatico.ca. She has checked spam etc. I am receiving the email as administrator that says we have sent her the email.
This is for club 3782 Podium Pros website podiumproslondon@toastmastersclubs.org.

Thank you Brian. I have bookmarked the link! Lyn says she does not have the emails in her junk but I am going to ask her to whitelist the address and we''' try again.
