Without your club number we are left with hands largely tied.
Our FTH documentation should be helpful.  Start with that under the "Alias or Domain" heading on support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/basic-settings .
I will add that custom domains are established/maintained with a non-FTH entity, and thus your inquiry would be properly directed to the folks there.

As Art mentioned this is outside the purview of FreeToastHost.

Someone in your club should own the custom domain account with a domain registrar. Hopefully it's not a former member member.as that could make tracking it down more cumbersome.

In any case, the best place to start is to message the current officers to begin seeking the custom domain account owner.

Your club is using an alias so  ballinatoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org/ also works.
