Can't Get Access To New Club Site;

We are attempting to set up our site on the platform as a newly chartered club. The club name is Shelby County Government Toastmasters, and our club number is 28676741.

The email address we asked to be set up was deadrick.doggett@shelbycountytn.gov. For some reason, this translated to deadrick.doggtt@shelbycountytn.gove which does not exist, and I've not seen any way to get past this. Can this be changed?
