member deleted from website

Hello,
I'm VP of Ed for the Clackamas Stepping Stones club #3697. I have a member in good standing, John Waters, who is no longer able to log into the club website nor receives emails generated from the website. However, his name is still on the drop down menu in the editing function of the weekly agendas. He also doesn't receive emails sent to members@steppingstonestm.com

Can you let me know how he can be permitted access to the website again?

Hi,
I ran a couple e-mail checks and they didn't complain.  His e-mail address is also not found in the bounce log.
Did he try the "I forgot my password" procedure where he just types in his name on the login screen then selects Authenticate/Login?

it looks like his provider is blocking email from our server.
He will have to talk to his provider and have the email addresses server.toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toamstmastersclubs.org added to his safe / whitelist.
