Agenda Recipient Question

When a meeting agenda is sent to club members using the agenda email function is it just sent to club members? If so, is there a way to include prospective members into the distribution list?

It's requested you show your club number on all submissions... you can add that to your signature.
I recommend you send prospects a PDF of what would be the printed agenda.
