Website Address Changed?

For as long as I can remember, our club's FTH website address has been  niantictoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org/ . For whatever reason, that no longer works. We now seem to be  9213.toastmastersclubs.org/ . This suddenly happened about a week ago. I'm not sure if someone changed a setting at our end or if something at Free Toast Host changed. The result is that members are having difficulty finding the online agenda. How can I correct this?  Thanks, Steve M.

It sounds like someone removed the text from the "alias" field in the admin console. You can login to 9213.toastmastersclubs.org and replace the alias text (which will be  niantictoastmasters, not the whole website address). Once you've saved the change, it should work immediately.

This works for me:  niantictoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org/

Thanks Jane. I've found the "alias" in the administrator's console, and sure enough it had been changed from "niantictoastmasters" to simply "niantic". I've been trying to change it back, and the system keeps telling me "success", but when I try to log on to niantictoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org I'm directed to a page that says "FreeToastHost - Request a Website", which is actually www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/?oZUg .

Could there be something else wrong? Thanks, Steve M.

Thanks; I'm not much of a technical person, but my non-Toastmaster wife says she'll clear my cache for me.

Our members have been checking in today and some are still having difficulty and others are having it work fine. Maybe this experience will make a great "Researching and Presenting" project speech. I'll give it a try.
