Members are moved to the former member list without a reason.

Club 652265.
We have had members occasionally being moved to the former members list for no apparent reason.  They are then no longer able to log in.  The solution is for the admin to move them back but this is annoying and has happened now 3 times over the last 5 weeks.

The reason is their email processor is clicking the link for them.

The only solution is to turn off the "Not a Member" in the admin console>Email>Email security
