Members keep getting moved to "Former Members" list

My name is Biplav Dubbula and I am the VPE of the Healthy Toasts Toastmasters Club, Division 57, Club # 1619968

All of our members are continuously getting the emails, "Please confirm you are *not* a Member of Club 1619968 now."

Additionally, I have been manually moving members from former member list to active member list every time this happens. This happens multiple times each week

Can you please assist me with this issue?

This seems to be something caused by email systems "clicking" on the links in order to check that they aren't harmful.

You need to go to Email and Contact Forms -> Email Security and uncheck the 'Add "Not a Member?" Links to Emails sent to Members via FreeToastHost.' box

Unfortunately, that won't fix the links in any emails that have already been sent, but will stop it happening with new emails.

Yes, it will stop that from happening, as there will no longer be any links to activate. I had the problem with my own club, and since I disabled the setting, everything's been fine.
