want to include "Other Officer" to group officer email

With the new TM year beginning July 1 we want to expand the group officer email list to include 2 more members under the designation of "other officer."  In testing this, I am able to identify 2 members as "Other Officer" in Membership Management.  However, the designation of "other officer" is not being included on the group email listing.  How can we fix this?

1) there is only 1 "other officer"
2) You can create a custom list. I did "palmerofficers-1166187" included officers and your one other officer.
