How to update the Email FROM Name in FTH-sent emails

Hello,

For any emails sent via FTH, the FROM name is displaying the FTH club name, not our actual club name as entered in admin settings. 

Email From "Toastmasters Club 5732737 on behalf of..."

We'd like it to say "Junior League of Phoenix Toastmasters Club" as none of our members know what "Toastmasters Club 5732737" is.

Please advise how to set this up, as I've not seen a correlating setting.

Thanks for passing this info along. However, there is nothing in this documentation that addresses how to change the FROM that's displayed, only the order in which the from displays (Club, then name or Name, then club). Right now, our emails from the system display as coming from "Toastmasters Club 5732737". This is not our club name, but the ID assigned by Toastmasters. We'd like this to say "Junior League of Phoenix Toastmasters" as what is set in our Club Name in Website settings.

Those are the changes you can make to the from. Your other choice is to put your club name in the subject prefix.
