Public Speaking Northwest Toastmasters Club 9406 - Contact Form Button

Hi, is it possible to put a 'contact' us form button on the homepage and leave it on the menu on the left sidebar? 

We would like to make it easier for people on mobile to submit a contact form, for you don't always see the menu on mobile, one has to click on the hamburger menu. See image below.

sure, just copy the url of the contact form and use it for the link on your button

The url you'll need is provided on your Contact Us Form tab on in the Email & Contact Forms module.  See "creating a link to your form" in the documentation here:
