Would it be possible to get help updating the Choose Path / Project for the Leadership Development L4 project? Currently, it is listed as (L4) Manage Change, but the new pathway is (L4) Leading Your Team. The new evaluation form is attached.

You seem to be looking at the Dynamic Leadership Path
The Leadership Development L4 compulsory project hasn't changed, it has always been Leading Your Team as listed on the dropdown
Tip - type in a keyword such as Team
