Hi! I have one member whose name showed up as "Former Member" on our Agenda. I had resubmitted her name and email address, and now with this new Agenda, it did it again. I then tried to add the member but with a different email address. I got an error that it's a former member, so I moved it over to Guests and I still can't add the member. First, why would her email address drop into former member automatically? I do notice that the email address I use in FTH is different than TI's email address. I didn't think that was an issue though. Second, should i just delete her previous email address from the system (she actually has two listings in Former Members with different emails). Let me know how I can get her name and email to "stick" in the Members tab.
