Please supply the full internet email header so we can see exactly where the email come from.
A couple of questions,
Does you club have a facebook page?
Does you club use your club vppr contact email as the admin email on that facebook page?
Has you club posted any content that could infringe on Disney copyright?

Yes, we have a Facebook page
www.facebook.com/JacksonvilleDeerwoodToastmasters/
and we use the club's VPPR email as the contact. I've looked at the posts and do not see any Disney images???

It is not only images, also video, sound, text quotes.
You didn't provide the full internet email header so we can see exactly where the email came from.

Looking at the email logs, that email came from a hotmail address. I don't think face book or a lawyer would use a hotmail email address

Thanks...I've asked Sruthi to copy the "full email header" and send it to us so you can review.
The line that gives it away for me....
