Dates for club meeting not working

Hi team, I have setup a meeting agenda template, however I'm not able to set up a date neither to attach an agenda template to a date. Indeed there is no where where I can choose a date, so this one can appear then in the calendar. below a screenshot  
 

That's because you're in the template setup.
Review the documentation for opening agendas, adopting a template and then set the date(s) for your meetings.

Also - the helpful protocol of providing your club name and number helps the volunteers on this end help you.

With regard the documentation, I have done many researches and read multiple questions/answers in the forum without finding solution. I finally registered to ask.
Can you point me please to the documentation you are refering to ?

As per double checking all the procedure I'm sorry but I don't have any way to add/chose a date. Looks like I have date feature missing when I create a new agenda I can chose the name the time, but no date.  (see screen shot)
 

I have checked in other tab of the "meeting agenda setting" page, and same no where to chose a date

Well, you're right - it's a bit hidden.... here's the skinny

You can create as many agendas as you wish to ahead of time, either from the same or different templates, or by using the "Save as new agenda" button and changing the date.   SAVE AS NEW AGENDA creates a duplicated agenda with the same date (you can see this in the agenda list).  You take that new agenda, change the date to the next meeting and SAVE

1. OPEN THE AGENDA.
2. Click on AGENDA SETUP tab on the left
3. change the date &
4. SAVE

to replicate meetings with same agenda items and header page:
SAVE as new agenda,
CHANGE THE DATE then
SAVE (with the new date.)

NOTE 1 :  if you make sure you update your template with the "permanent" roles such as President and SAA or ZOOM MASTER before creating newly dated agendas you won't need to edit each agenda to add those back in.   This is ideal when the description header is set to your meeting standard also.   A couple of clicks for each and you've got the whole term setup

NOTE 2: another cool feature is that YOU CAN HIDE created agendas by using the LOCK THIS AGENDA (see the toggle below the drop down calendar in the picture?) and then unlock as needed to make them available.
