Club site won't load using VPN

I get timeout error (too long to respond) from my club FTH website, and from your demo site demo.toastmastersclubs.org trying to access via Witopia's "Personal VPN" app. (The local Tim Hortons offers only an "open" public wifi). This support forum support.toastmastersclubs.org works just fine under the same access conditions
I tried using two different web browser clients, same result.

Most VPN have been blocked because of hackers and spammers. You will have to access FTH without using a VPN
