In Email Security settings we specify as anti-spoofing phrase, the following:
We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.
This appears as expected when as VP Education I send out the meeting agenda emails.
But, when the website sends out the meeting attendance and role change notification emails from server@toastmastersclubs.org, the anti-spoof phrase does not appear in the body of the automatically generated email. Instead it appears in two CC recipients added to the email distribution envelope, namely:
- "We.provide.a.supportive.and.positive.learning.experience.in.which.members.are.empowered.to.develop.communication.and.leadership.skills@toastmastersclubs.org"
- "resulting.in.greater.self-confidence.and.personal.growth.@toastmastersclubs.org"
