Club Admin Can Not Update 'Meet Our Members' Public Page on Website

Hello, 
I'm the Club Admin for Club #8277
I am having difficulties publishing New Members to our Website. I am unable to check the box to allow their profile to be public (I also can not do this for my own profile. Hoping you can let me know what I need to do? 
Trying to publish profiles for Kashmira Dave and Tracy Christopher

There are privacy concerns here, so only members can make their profiles public: details on how to do so are here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/member-profile

You won't be able to change your own setting if you're trying to do so as admin, you'll need to log in as a member.
