Hi,

We were rebuilding our website home page and someone who didn’t fully understand the issue accidentally embedded the same form that your support team mentioned a few weeks ago caused the site  to lock up.  Referencing case #93864 

Same problem, so I request you to please wipe the home page again.  Everyone is aware now and we will rebuild more carefully next time.
