Jenks America FTH site

Help, please. I am the district director for District 16. One of our clubs, Jenk America Toastmasters ( 2599.toastmastersclubs.org/ ) is unable to get the person with the login privilege to relinquish the site. She is no longer a member of the district and we have personally reached out to her to relinquish the site, but she will not do so.  How can the club president get this reset? We have requested a password reset several times, but she will not respond to the requests.RW (Ron) Mixer, DTM

Here is the problem. The old admin will not approve. We have tried this many times.  Anything else we can try?

Follow the procedure, the email on the toastmasters.org club contact also gets the approval email.
