Custom Domain Cert not renewed but we seem to meet all requirements

Our custom domain certificate expired today. Upon assisting the VPE, I discovered warning messages that the cert cannot be renewed. The main causes are expired domains, forwarding configured, incorrect DNS, and unable to reach the CA to update. I have confirmed we are not forwarding, our DNS is correct, and the domain is valid. I need assistance to determine why the renewal issue persists.

Without the club number we have no way to assist you?

Apologies.. I thought that information was derived from my username. The club is 4324 and the domain is h2tm.org
