I successfully added one new member this morning, but the other one is a problem. I've tried 4x and no success. i'm logged in as the webmaster. I added the name & info next to "NEW" as usual and saved it. Got the message saying it was successful. Saw it on the member list with a line through it. I tried to send "new member welcome" but it keeps saying I need to select an active member. What's going on? I don't understand. How do I fix this?
