Urgent: Agenda items in our latest agenda disappeared

We been using Free Toast Host for a while. However, all the 'Agenda items' from our latest agenda disappeared all of a sudden for no reason.

It was not deleted (and it is not in the deleted folder). The last action was one of the members signed up for one of the Evaluator slots.

Before the agenda items disappeared, It had 5 speeches and 5 evaluations and other roles. 
But two hours ago all the agenda items disappeared.
The only thing we see is the Agenda set up information and dates, Meeting Description and the attendance.

Additional details:
Time the agenda items disappeared: Around 3:30PM Sunday 16th Feb NZST.
Browser used: Non of the members can see the missing agenda items - so the problem is not Browser specific.

I don't see any blank agendas although you do have some blank or almost blank templates.
