Your website opens up for me using both the FTH and custom URLs, and on two different browsers
Try clearing your cache
Or try going in via your directions page and see if that "fixes" it:   3491.toastmastersclubs.org/directions.html

I was able to go in via  3491.toastmastersclubs.org/directions.html and after that the site started working. Didn't need to clear the cache or change anything.

As I said earlier, the site wasn't working for other members as well. It appears there's a bug somewhere.

Also, I updated info in the "Meeting info/directions" tab, but it still shows old info when I view the home page. This info appears at the top of the home page and appears only the first time you visit the website so you'll have to clear cookies to see it again.

1) Please be specific when reporting issues, someone change the floating text.
2) We do not fix your content. We will remove it and you can rebuild it.
3) You are responsible for backing up your content before making changes. See documentation.

Please see the attached screenshot of the "Meeting Info/Directions" source code and the old version that's rendered in the browser.

I did save the change and logged out of the admin console after updating the source code.
I did clear the cache and reload the home page.

I've removed your floater messages - as Brian stated above, they are too long, and the content you had there is not their intended purpose.  They are causing your website issues. 
If you need that information shown, put it inside your home page, or include in the directions & /or Contact Us forms as appropriate
