Interestingly, a recent query has a club using .org.au ( support.toastmastersclubs.org/2011-10-23...e-inaccessible#94885 ). 
One of my clubs used to have a .org.au website, but we were advised many years ago (~2019) that it wouldn't be available to us after 2021.  We moved to using an alias as Jane has suggested.
It might still be available if you are an incorporated club
