Firstly, you should note the admonition in the File Manager pane: "Please do not upload video files here--use YouTube for those." This means that any video files should be uploaded to YouTube and
linked to from FreeToastHost.
Next, when you refer to the "Main Menu Meeting Roles [link]," are you referring to a custom page that you created? I ask because I am quite sure that Meeting Roles is
not an option on the Main Menu or Members Only menu as FreeToastHost comes configured "from the factory." Assuming you
have created a custom page title Meeting Roles, I can say, "Great idea!" I did so myself for the two clubs of which I am a member and officer, and for the one club I created instructional videos, featuring in part members serving in a given role, to provide a method other than "read the documentation" for members to prepare themselves for service.
I called mine "Club Meeting Roles," but I've included a screen shot of the top part of the page. You can see that I grabbed the YouTube icon and put it in the right-hand column for those roles for which a video was created. As an example, when someone opts to watch the Ah-Counter video, the link sends him to that video on YouTube, as shown in the second screen shot.
I am pleased that you seem to be sharing a great idea that came to me a year or so ago. Good luck, and contact me if you wish to discuss this further.

P.S. - if you wish to watch the Ah-Counter video to see how I did it, here's the YouTube link:
