Dear Support,
I am trying to help a club member reset her FTH password. We have tried the usual method of entering her name, leaving the password field empty, and clicking Authenticate/Login. I receive the website administrator message, but our member does not receive the password reset message.

I will attach a screenshot of the website administrator email I receive with each attempt. Can you check your logs to see the member email is getting rejected for some reason?
