Dear Support,

I am trying to help a club member reset her FTH password.  We have tried the usual method of entering her name, leaving the password field empty, and clicking Authenticate/Login.  I receive the website administrator message, but our member does not receive the password reset message.

Member info:
Ruth Alliband, DTM
ruth.alliband@gmail.com

I will attach a screenshot of the website administrator email I receive with each attempt.  Can you check your logs to see the member email is getting rejected for some reason?

I don't see any delivery failures to her address. Numerous successful ones throughout April.

Maybe a filter is grabbing it so it's not showing up in the inbox? She can check for active filters or look in the 'All Mail' folder.

Gmail usually behaves but it can't hurt to whitelist the FTH addresses in her gmail settings;

Thank you for the speedy response and useful advice.  Our member's problem is solved.  She was able to locate the password reset message in her "All Mail" folder in Gmail.
