Please remove the errant code.
You seem to be using it only to show the next meeting date on your home page.  You can do that by creating agendas (they can be blank, as long as they are dated, and use the {{nextmtgdate}} system variable

Does the issue that you raised up related with the issue that we faced?

I believed that our issue is the same with the issue from another club that already asked for help but still has no solution yet ( FreeToastHost 3 - Club #6943266 website - Custom domain setup - [FreeToastHost Forum] )

We got the same issue, every time we type our custom domain, it always redirect to  www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/?xxxx

Do they use the code/script?

Yes, and if it's not then the issue is the DNS configuration. FTH doesn't support any script in custom pages because it can cause erratic site behavior. When troubleshooting any site issues the only way forward with FTH support is to first remove scripts. Pam's suggestion for showing the next meeting date is recommended.

FTH doesn't resolve issues with DNS configurations. We can offer suggestions as can be seen in various topics. Ultimately DNS configuration issues are between each club and the provider from which they purchased the custom domain.

Because the custom domain is not yet added to your admin console, the incoming connection request doesn't know which site to load so it defaults to the 'Request a website' page.
