Agendas missing in our website

The VPE or site admin has to create future agendas using an Agenda template.
Agendas are not automatically created.

We had a fully populated agenda for October 13 and it is gone now. I am also seeing an agenda for an International speech contest on December 6. We did not create that one. We had agenda templates for the rest of the year in the drop down and they are gone now

You can change the date of the December meeting or delete it. This was probably created as a test sometime in the past.

As far has what happened to any agendas after September. I would want to know what is the process you are using to create the new dated agendas. If you don't change the date/time each time you will overwrite the agenda with the same date/time.

There is no way for us to recover the missing agenda as they do not show anywhere in the system.
