You have a lot of bloating in your agenda header.  I've removed some code that shouldn't be there - but it wasn't affecting my access What happens when you click on any other links on your page? 
Have you tried reloading from the server (link at bottom of your site?). 
Can you try from a different device?

your "/agenda.html" should be "28678661.toastmastersclubs.org/agenda.html" 

When did it from a diffrent browser it worked fine. Thank you so much.
