Adding notes to Meeting Notes at bottom of agenda using Mobile Device

Hi Support
We received a message from one of our members who reported some difficulty adding meeting notes at the bottom of the agenda using their phone .
Two Question
1. Is there a recommend way to add notes using phone and/or an alternative way for a member to express that they are unable to attend a given meeting and for their name to be populated in the meeting notes section?
2. Is there a way for a member who serves as a Toastmaster BUT is not an officer to contact members individually on the agenda.

I've just tried and had no problem adding a meeting note using an iPhone.
Your member can let the necessary people know that they won't be attending by clicking the "Are you Planning to Attend this Meeting" option at the top of the agenda. Whether that shows and who gets the notifications depends on your settings.
Members with edit access (usually includes the Toastmaster) can add notes on behalf of a member by selecting the member from the drop down.
Other members can add a note for another member, but it will show the name of the member adding the note - they'll need to be specific about who the note applies to

Any member can email the agenda to any 'member/group' using the appropriate checkboxes
Any member can click on the envelope icon next to each role taker's name on the agenda to send an individual email to that person
All members have access to the member contact details in the Private Member Directory

Thanks for your replies to #1 and 2.
Another clarification question for #1, I verified seeing the option to select attending or not attending using my Android and was able to make a selection, but making a selection to note did not result in any change on the agenda.
Is there a way for members selecting NO to the question of attending to display under Meeting Notes or on another part of the agenda for all meeting participants to be aware of who will not be attending?

You can either email or print the agenda with "include not attending" checked
