email lists

I am an officer in D117 (and club 652265).  email lists have been created for for example Area Directors and Division Directors, but although I have access rights to the District site (not admin) I cannot send an email to these lists.  How do we make lists that can be used by everyone (or at least officers) that are not members of these discrete lists, without having to be a member of the list. 
I am education chair and want to occasionally communicate to these groups.

I see no email from you to the district email addresses. Which address are youo emailing TO:

leaders-d117@toastmastersclubs.org The leaders e-mail list is your list of all current leaders. Any current leader can send messages to this list. Your "From" address must be the same as either your main e-mail address as set in your profile, or your backup e-mail address. divdirs-d117@toastmastersclubs.org The division director e-mail list is your list of the division directors entered in this website. Any district leader can send messages to this list. I was trying to use the division-directors@d117toastmasters.org list.  I am listed as 'other officer' on the D117 site.
