Some of our members have reported that messages are not being delivered when emailing the using the
members-9961@toastmastersclubs.org and the o
fficers-9961@toastmastersclubs.org distribution emails. The latest instance happened in our EXCOM last night when our Club President tried to send a note to the
members-9961@toastmastersclubs.org from her FTH site registered email,
rebswearingen@gmail.com.
After she sent the note, I immediately saw three alert messages in my inbox
[1]. The first two
[2] [3] [4] [5] simply indicated they were from "server" and had no contents in the body. The third message
[6] indicated it was from the
FreeToastHost Server and included the below in the body and attachment
[7];
Your message to (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. in This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) had the following error and was not delivered (2 retries):
[] Failures=[] Recipients=[]
NOTE: This may be due to an invalid recipient address or high email volume at this time--try again later.
The distribution feature from FTH is mission critical for sustainable membership communications. Any assistance in resolving these issue would be greatly appreciated.
