DATA TRANSFER ERROR (Club 489)

When using FTH to email the agenda (Club 489) I filled in the body of the message, then pressed Send Email. This window appeared after some time (see attachment). It was sent to "All Members", and I did receive the email, FWIW. I haven't checked in with other members to confirm all received it.
