Member reported not receiving email sent to Officers email

Hi Support
We received from a senior club member who also serves as a club officer  whom recently reported not receiving emails sent to FTH officer email list below since early November, which means they would also not receive messages sent to the follow emails.

We have verified the email address is listed correctly in the FTH system and are unable to determine why they recently stop receiving email and have been unable to confirm if the issue is still occurring or if there  are still any remaining issues that would prevent emails being forwarded to the email from being received by all designated members for that email..

Is it possible to confirm that the bounce count is reset to zero for the email account and to verify that there are no other issues that would prevent the below email from receiving emails that are forwarded from the officer email listed above?
