Unable to access club website. Indicating connection is not secure

To Whom It May Concern,

Our club 7260126 seems to be having an issue with connecting in that a warning is being given saying that the connection to the site ( queens.toastmastersclubs.org ) on both Google Chrome and Safari are not secure. Other browsers seem to work however both mine are not working. I have adjusted the Always use secure connections in Google Chrome to be off and in Safari I have allowed that specific site however I am still not able to access the site in both cases. In Safari a prompt is given to continue even thought the site is not secure and when I do in both cases I get the same error, "No Internet. Try connecting network cables, modems and routers" ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED however I am able to access other sites in the same browser session. 

Please advise as I might not be the only experiencing this issue.

queens.toastmastersclubs.org/ is working correctly

it looks like you are using a VPN you will have to turnit off.
