New member opt-in email does not contain link to opt in to our site (1596515)

Good morning!

Our club is ToastmasterZ. Club number 1596515, website  toastmasterz.toastmastersclubs.org/ .

Similar to the issue encountered in this thread , when sending opt-in emails to new members, our members receive the email but don't receive any links to opt in. This issue has appeared a few times since the new year started and no changes were made to the opt-in email previously. Please see the email excerpt below that one of our members received, which should contain an opt-in link but doesn't.
