• Club members have been added through the Quick Add function and show up on the Membership Management list with strikethrough as expected.
• The club has over 40 members. Only 8 have been able to receive the emails and opt in to access the website.
• We have received reports that only a few of the members have received the message from the FTH site asking them to approve their addition to the website.
• Others report that the email from FTH is not being delivered to their group1automotive.com email at all. They have checked with a search of inbox and junk email.

Can you assist us in troubleshooting this issue?

Note the section titled 'Company Email Systems'. If no one in that domain received the opt-in email then it likely needs to be addressed by their corporate IT.

Have them check their spam boxes, email was sent to gmail and accepted.
