Revive a deleted toasthost site

Please help, I am a member of the newly reinstated Daniel Island Toastmasters, Club 7227 in SC.  I am attempting to set up a new toasthost site, but was directed to this suppprt page because a deleted toasthost page already exists for that club # (the club went dormant after covid) and officially goes live 4/1/26 with 12 new members.

Also, we are in district 58, but that will be changing to 213 as of July.  Can you please advise on which district # it should be set up under?

Please note, I am currently a member of a different club 6299 and want to ensure that I will still be able to set up the new site.  Thank you.
