Members emails are disappearing - club 2977

The Bounce Count for Email Address [alyce.blum@gmail.com] has been reset to zero.

Alice has been getting lots of email from the FTH server have her chaeck he spam box. Also have to follow this document

FTH is sending email to micheals email and his service is accpeting the email, again have him check his spam box, and follow these instructions.

per my last message and attachment with the error message, Michael is indeed receiving club email. 
michael CANNOT SEND emails to the club.
please let me know if you would like me to resend the pdf with the FTH error message 

He uses relay.mailchannels.net to send email, all of their IP are blockedd because of the amount of spam we get from them.

Thank you for the reply. Mystery solved although issue is not! I have suggested he try a Gmail account just for club emails.
at least now we know what the problem is
