Adding text to agenda: Theme and Word of the Day....

1. THEME. I'm wondering if there is a way to add the theme to the web page, maybe under the Toastmaster of the Day role, attached to it. I regularly send out a theme in an e-mail, but our newer members look on the web site directly for that theme and sometimes miss it in the e-mail. It would be good to record the theme as well for posterity.

2. WORD OF THE DAY. I'm wondering how to add the Word of the Day to the Grammarian's role. It would be attached to the role of Grammarian. Again, it would be good to record the word for posterity.

The primary way to handle this within the current functionality of FTH is to edit the agenda header.

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...-agenda#meeting-desc

In your agenda templates you can create place for the theme and the word of the day. Whomever edits the agenda for the next meeting can update the information in the header.

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-templates

Example;

Richard Taylor
TM Club #7045
