Single email to guests@ has been sent out 10x now! It won't stop sending it out!

We sent out an email to guests@ earlier today. It keeps getting sent out to all of our guests repeatedly (even though we only sent it out once). They've received about 10 emails now!

I recently received an email stating:

How do we make this stop please? It is annoying our guests and making them unsubscribe.

I have remove all the mail from the send queue
Did you send to any other list in the same email or just guests@columbiatoastmasters.com?

No, the guests@ email is the only recipient in the To field. There are no email addresses in the CC or BCC.

We only sent this email out once (it's only in there once in our Gmail Sent folder), so I have no idea what happened here, but we received complaints from a few people.

We sent out a similar email last week (which worked fine). Not sure why we had this problem this week.

This was a pretty bad issue though as we don't want to damage our email reputation (or FTH's), so we hope this doesn't happen again. Thank you for your assistance.

There was a PDF of the agenda attached (from the FTH system). It was 259 KB.

We've sent it out like this many times before though.
