Officer and Member EMail DLs Not working

Club 1036544 First of Sussex.

Neither the Officers@ or the Members@ emails are working. I am sending them from my TM email address that is confirmed on my profile.  I don't see any other checkboxes or any settings I am missing.

Not sure if it is an config error someplace or it was disabled when it was originally setup to reduce spam, etc.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Confirming that you're attempting to use the officers@ and members@ with the custom domain? These two have no entries in the FTH logs so they are not reaching the FTH server.

viewdns.info/dnsrecord/?domain=www.first...ssextoastmasters.org

The MX record data entry is incorrect. Should be; mail.firstofsussextoastmasters.org

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview

Once that is corrected, please try your group emails again and let us know the result.
