Entering in members Club number 28679807,

I was adding them in all at once- the only message I got was the one that the members would need to "opt in" which is a normal message and everyone should have gotten an email to opt in. Which since I did not receive such message I made the presumption that no one else did as well- and no one asked me about the email at a meeting I was at with a few members/officers this past weekend.

try adding them one by one for a couple to see if there is an issue.

It seems entering them one by one works. - I need to customize the agenda to how our club does its meetings. I have entered in all of the officers. Waiting on them to read their emails and accept so that I can add them to the agenda. We typically have up to 4 speakers, plus the evaluators, and we have a Table Topics evaluator spot as well.

Recommend you create a template for your club meetings, the then build dated agendas from that.
