How can I have the club come up under a Google search with the name Wesley Chapel Conscious Communicators?  This is what the URL looks like
28679807.toastmastersclubs.org/index.cgi...ydiQFDpykoaF1hx79LF-   In order to access the club I have to click on the original url link and I can log in either as a member or as the admin.
Thanks for all the help...

Again read the documentation
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/improving-google-ranking

You are trying to do to much at once. Take your time and learn about each function of FTH. Don't expect to learn or do everything in a single day.

Here is the documentation index. It covers almost every question you will ask as you setup the club website.

We can't utilize the website if I can't set it up... so taking my time is not an option. I need to get this accomplished to be functional. If I can adjust the agenda and we can't Google the club, then it does not serve the purpose we need for it to do. The other clubs that I belong to, all I need to do is to Google the club name, and it comes up. For example, this is one of my clubs that I can Google is Grey Matters Toastmasters Club- it comes up, and this is at greymatters.toastmastersclubs.org/- Where do I find out how to get that designation on my club? For me to locate my club, I use the admin link I used to set it up. What happens when you google Wesley Chapel Conscious Commumicators.

It takes google between 6 weeks to 6 months to scan a website.
You need to build the site, with lots of descriptive text and fill out all the meta tags on each of your content pages.
You need to find websites that will list your website that are already on google, like toastmasters.org find-a-club, maybe your district has a webpage with all the clubs websites on it. If your club has a Facebook page put links to your website.
You can still have you site setup and functional without google listing it. Your members will know where it is, and they can use it for the agenda.

Again you haven't read the documentation, you are talking about the website alias (greymatters) that is covered in the basic setup

Just to let you know that greymatters has had their website since 2015-01-27, so of course they are on google.
