For those that build tables in their websites, here is a freely available table styler tool that I find helpful:

Most of the options it puts into the CSS can just be put into the Styles box in CKEditor separated by semicolons. In other words, you do not need the CSS, per se, to accomplish what this tool is doing. You can take the options it is producing and just put them into a styles setting for your table.

There are a number of these types of free tools available on the internet if you just Google for them.
